As a Locum Dental Nurse with S4S Locum Team, you choose when you’re available to work. Whether that changes from one month to the next or you prefer a more regular pattern, we’ll work around the availability you give us rather than expecting you to fit around us.
For eligible team members, we also offer guaranteed-hours contracts, providing additional security alongside benefits including support with GDC registration, indemnity, DBS and CPD costs.
We believe flexibility should work both ways. You give S4S Locum Team your availability; we respect it and work with you to find suitable shifts.

We know pay matters. That’s why S4S Locum Team offers competitive hourly rates for standard Monday-to-Friday Locum Dental Nurse shifts, with enhanced rates available for same-day bookings, weekend work and specialist nursing roles such as Orthodontics, Implants, Sedation and Oral Surgery.
All of our Locum Dental Nurses are paid through PAYE, so we take care of your tax and National Insurance through payroll. You can concentrate on choosing the shifts that work for you without having to sort those deductions yourself.
We also review our pay rates regularly to make sure they remain competitive and properly reflect the extra flexibility, experience and specialist skills some shifts require.
